I'm Kiara, I specialize in loc care and maintaining the health of traditional locs. I am committed to providing you the best loc care and customer service! I can't wait for you to become a part of my loc crew! If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness please reschedule. Any clients who arrive showing symptoms will be denied service. Please reschedule beforehand. You are responsible for reading the following POLICY when booking your appointment. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. cash, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal & ApplePay Acceptedπ§Ύ CLIENT EXPECTATIONSπ± 1. Both parties (the client and stylist) are allotted an additional 15 minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time. Please be considerate of the time of others as most times I have multiple clients in one day. That is only a 15 minute grace period at the 16th minute and up to 30 minutes late, [IF TIME IS AVAILABLE] you have the option to pay a $25 late fee or reschedule to the next available date. Also, please refrain from arriving more than 15 minutes prior to appointment. 2. For my clients that are getting dropped off and will be waiting for a ride, please contact ride once you are under the dryer so that the transition to my next client goes smoothly. 3. No children under the age of 8 will be serviced. 4. No Call, No Shows = Indefinitely blocked, charged the full price of service, & incapable of rebooking 5. In order to maintain an intimate and comfortable environment, please refrain from bringing additional guests, with the exception of parents accompanying their kids. 6. If you are not booking for me to wash your hair please arrive with CLEAN locs, I will NOT work on DIRTY locs. π*wash TIP* even if you think you got it all outβ¦RINSE it again.π§ π If your appointment is for πππππππ π»πππ please arrive with clean & detangled hair. 7. For emergency/squeeze-in appointments there is a $50 fee in ADDITION to the price of service. Please contact me if interested. FAQsπ± 1. What is a new client vs. existing client? New Client = Someone who has never been serviced by me. Existing Client= Someone who has been receiving services and maintenance by me on a consistent basis (every 4-6 weeks) for at least 3 or more months. 2. How often should I get a retwist? 4-6 weeks is preferred. You may be able to go 8 weeks. Anything after that can be detrimental to your locs and may cause breakage. 3. Once I am serviced by you, will I always be an existing client? No. You must receive maintenance from me on a 4-8 week basis. After 3 months without maintenance by me you MUST book the [ππππππππππ²ππππππ] service and then going forward you would book normally ONLY if you are back on schedule. 4. Do you offer a full head of extensions or repairs? No. 5.Do you offer coloring services? Unfortunately, no. I am allergic to dye. 6. Are shampoos included for your services? No, me styling clean hair is MANDATORY but me washing it for you is OPTIONAL! π« OTHER EXCLUDED SERVICES π« REATTACHMENTS, SISTER LOCS, MICRO LOCS, MICRO LOC EXTENSIONS, WICKS, INTERLOCKING, LOC COMBINING, INVISIBLE LOC STYLE, OR LOC COMB OUT. If you are ever unsure on the current state of your hair please do not hesitate to contact me. π¨By booking the appointment you agree to the rules and policyπ¨ STYLIST'S PLEDGE TO YOUπ± Please be mindful that in order to attain the proper style requested the full time of the service is needed. In order to produce the best results, I take my time on each client to ensure quality work. Please have adequate time set aside in your schedule so that the service is not rushed. I'm a stylist that cares about the health of your hair but I'm unable to be with you on a consistent basis. I'll always be there to assist you in making quality decisions in regards to your hair but the maintenance is essentially up to the client! Please maintain your hair. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
